Implementation and plausibility check of the allocation rate calculations
Further development of cost center and cost unit accounting, including setting up activity-based costing
Support in the (further) development of integrated, multi-year budget planning
Ensuring sales controlling, including post-calculation of projects
Ensuring performance controlling, including in the areas of project performance, working capital, production times and CAPEX
Carrying out ad hoc analyses and investment calculations
Development and provision of department-specific key performance indicators
Providing targeted, meaningful and visually appealing reporting
Communication with all departments, especially coordination with the “IT, Data & Digitization” department

your profile

Completed business studies, alternatively completed commercial training
Further training as a certified controller (IHK) (m/f/d) or through the Controller Academy is desirable
Several years of professional experience as a (senior) controller
Very good knowledge of MS Excel
Good knowledge of MS Powerpoint and MS Access
Experience with ERP systems and BI tools, e.g. MS PowerBI, is an advantage
Experience in financial modeling advantageous
Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
High affinity for IT and numbers as well as a conscientious, careful way of working
Very good communication skills, high assertiveness and ability to be discreet
Willingness to take on responsibility and motivation to further develop your own skills and area of responsibility
Ability to work in a team and a sense of humor

Work-Life-Balance

We do not work in shifts. We offer you an annual vacation of 30 days and an additional half day off on each Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Further training

We support your personal and professional development individually – for example, through further qualifications from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (HR managers, accountants, controlling), IT training, driving licenses as well as master and technician courses.
